You can expect
Together-groups: these are small groups (6 people max.), provided with a safe environment to talk about private and job-related worries and challenges with like-minded people. This can strengthen the individuals and often lead to various possible solutions. The groups underlie an obligation to confidentiality and the cases are anonymized before they are discussed. The together-groups are professionally supervised.
The process
Please get in touch with me if you are interested in joining a together-group. After talking over about what topic you would like to join and enough members have signed up, a first meeting will be arranged. There could also potentially be free spaces in already existing groups that you can join. The groups will come together every 14 days or once a month as is necessary and will last 3 units. (only 2 units online)
